It is very well made, beautful pictures, nice writing, and sturdy pages. I have several French Macaron cookbooks and this one quickly became my favorite. It has detailed explanations on necessary tools, ingredients, methods, troubleshooting, and tons of helpful tips. If yo| |So much inspiration and great pics.
